Co-operative Bank requires the services of a qualified and licensed SERVER, STORAGE, AND NETWORK INFRASTRUCTURE vendor to perform comprehensive supplier. The primary objective is to upgrade and replace the current equipment’s as mentioned above

The selected vendor must

• Have demonstrable experience delivering SERVER, STORAGE, AND NETWORK INFRASTRUCTURE  services in regulated industries, particularly the financial sector.
• Guarantee strict confidentiality and operate under a signed Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA).

Specifications and Requirements:

In Scope

• Supply, delivery, and installation (including rack mounting and cabling) of:
• Servers
• Centralized storage systems
• SAN switches
• Firewalls and VPN appliances
• Configuration and integration of all systems into the existing infrastructure.
• License activation, system testing, and performance verification.
• Support documentation and first-level support handover.

Out of Scope

• Migration of legacy applications or data (unless separately defined).
• End-user devices and client-side networking.
