Mathew Msambayeti – Human Resources ManagerMathew holds a Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources Management from Mzumbe University Main Campus. He currently serves as the Human Resources Manager at the Co-operative Bank of Tanzania, where he plays a critical role in managing human resources practices and administration. With over six years of working experience across various industries, including manufacturing, non-governmental organizations (NGOs), aviation, and banking, Mathew has developed a diverse skill set. He began his professional career at Kilombero Sugar Company Limited (KSCL), where he held three different positions: starting as a Human Resources Officer, then being promoted to HR Services and Rewards Officer, and finally advancing to Learning and Development Officer. After his time at KSCL, he joined CARE for HIV/AIDS, an NGO focused on supporting individuals affected by HIV/AIDS, where he served as the Country HR Officer, overseeing all HR operations at the country level. Mathew then moved to Precision Air Services, taking on the role of HR Business Partner (HRBP), where he managed HR functions in both the Flight Operations and Commercial and Ground Handling Departments. Currently, as the Human Resources Manager at the Co-operative Bank of Tanzania, Mathew oversees the HR and Administration Department and acts as the Head of HR and Administration. Recognized as a results-oriented leader, Mathew is known for delivering strategic HR solutions to the Business, building high-performing teams, and fostering institutional accountability. His strong communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills equip him to lead confidently in dynamic and evolving environments. |
