Dr. Joseph O. Witts is a distinguished finance and business leader with over three decades of experience spanning banking, entrepreneurship, and education. He currently serves as the Director and CEO of Witts Primary School, after holding several senior executive roles in the banking sector, including Chief Commercial Officer, Director of Strategy and Director of Retail and Marketing at CRDB Bank. He also held leadership positions at Citibank, wherehe served as Head of Internal Control and Branch Manager.
Dr. Witts holds a PhD in Business Administration from Walden University, a Master’s Degree in Entrepreneurship and Enterprise Development from the University of Dar es Salaam and is a Certified Public Accountant (CPA-T). His professional qualifications also include an Advanced Diploma in Certified Accountancy (ADCA) from Mzumbe and a National Book-keeping Certificate (NABOCE).
