Adv. S. B. Mlola is a seasoned legal professional with over 25 years of experience in corporate law, governance, and regulatory compliance. She is currently a Partner at K & M Advocates a law firm providing legal and consultancy services, where he has served since 2006.

His previous roles include serving as Company Secretary and Head of Legal at Azania Bank Limited, and Principal Legal Officer at Tanzania Postal Bank. His career reflects a strong track record in advising financial institutions on legal frameworks, company law, and capital markets operations.

Adv. Mlola holds a Master of Laws (LL.M) and Bachelor of Laws (LL. B) from the University of Dar es Salaam. She has also undertaken extensive professional training in areas such as commercial law, dispute resolution, corporate governance, and capital markets through institutions in Tanzania, Kenya, the United Kingdom and Italy.
